Hours: Full time/ Part time £10-10.50 per hour, plus service charge.

JOB VACANCY – Kitchen Team
The ideal candidate we’d like to welcome into the heart of our team would have high standards of cleanliness, be a team player and have the ability to work efficiently and independently – even when under pressure. If you think you can handle the heat then get into one of our kitchens and join our fantastic family of culinary creatives and can-do crew members.
The role involves:
- Basic Vegetable Preparation
- Kitchen Cleaning to a cleaning schedule
- Aiding the chefs in day-to-day prep
- Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible
- Collect & wash up pots & pans
- Clean food prep areas & equipment in addition to crockery & cutlery
- Unload food, cleaning & equipment deliveries
- Keep the storeroom organised
- Keep work surfaces walls floors clean and sanitised
- Reporting maintenance issues to management

JOB VACANCY – Housekeeping
Here at The Railway Hotel, we’re looking for Housekeeping staff to join our friendly team in one of our highly regarded establishments.
The role is open to all but highly suitable for mums with school-aged children as the hours can be worked during the school day, plus 2-3 hours over weekends.
Housekeeping requires a fair degree of physical work so applicants must be prepared to carry linen and towels, operate a vacuum cleaner and perform cleaning duties to a high standard.
If you are a reliable and cheerful person who is able to work alone maintaining our high standards and working as part of our wider hotel team then this is the role for you.
Details of the Position:
• Part-time. 16 hours per week
• Good rates of pay (based on experience)
