A little wine knowledge

Why Crémant de Bourgogne?

Crémant is a French sparkling wine produced using the same traditional bottle-fermentation method associated with Champagne, but made outside the Champagne region.

Crémant de Bourgogne is produced on limestone and marl soils and commonly uses Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, making it a superb bottle-aged alternative when you want something a little special.
